01

Registration

Before applying for concessions, individuals, businesses, and organizations must register with the Grenada Office of Creative Affairs through our online application form. During registration, you will select your core areas of service, which will determine what type of items you can be granted duty-free concessions for. Once approved, you will receive an online account with a unique username and password via email, along with instructions on how to apply for concessions via your online account. You will also receive a creative practitioner ID card/certificate.

Please note that registration with the Office of Creative Affairs is only the first step of the duty-free application process and does not entitle you to concessions. It simply grants you the right to apply.

02

Apply for concession

Once registered, you can complete the online application form and upload a detailed list of items from your intended suppliers, along with quotes or pro-forma invoices. After submitting your application, you will receive an automatic email confirmation detailing the next steps.
